    With direct support from the audience, Second City Works will leverage ANA Chicago’s network of B2B marketing experts to benefit Chicago Scholars, a nonprofit with a mission to help first-generation college students become leaders in tomorrow’s corporate community. Second City Works’ Brandstage team will rapidly test, hone and inform Chicago Scholars’ messaging to ensure it’s cutting through the noise and connecting with the right students, mentors and community partners to continue to develop the next generation of leaders.

    By leveraging Second City Works’ unique improv methodologies, the session will:

    • Use humor and co-creation to test concepts in real-time from audience feedback
    • Generate ideas from abundance, validate new thinking and begin to distill down to core insights and concepts about the challenges and benefits of leadership development
    • Consolidate to a handful of key takeaways and recommendations

    Second City Works is the professional services arm of the world-renowned Second City comedy theater. They use the methods pioneered on stage to create professional development, content, and events that drive personal growth and organizational improvement.
