COVID has dramatically changed the way we engage personally and professionally. Engagement was narrowed to electronic interaction and experience lacked energy. The humanity we took for granted felt like it was lost. Even as we try to "get back to normal" we realize there is only moving forward in a new way. As marketers, this is challenging us to think of new methods and models to position brands, encourage interaction and satisfy the needs of our customers and employees.
